
Refund Policy
OVERVIEW
At Summit Concrete Coatings, we want every customer to be confident in their investment. This Refund Policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled for our epoxy and concrete coating services.
DEPOSITS
A deposit may be required to reserve your installation date and cover initial materials. Deposit amounts are confirmed in writing on your project estimate.
CANCELLATIONS

7+ days before installation: Full refund of any deposit paid.

3–6 days before installation: 50% of the deposit is refundable; the remaining 50% covers scheduling and prep costs.

Less than 72 hours before installation: Deposits are non-refundable, as materials and crew time have already been committed.
COMPLETED WORK
Because our coatings are custom-installed and cannot be returned, payment for completed work is non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the finished result, please contact us within 7 days so we can inspect the issue and address any workmanship concerns under our warranty.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Issues caused by defects in workmanship or materials within the warranty period will be repaired at no additional cost. Damage from misuse, harsh chemicals, impact, or substrate movement is not covered and may require a paid repair.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund or discuss a concern, contact us in writing at info@mysite.com or call 123-456-7890. Please include your name, project address, and the date of service. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
